The Hourglass

This is inspired by (and based on) the song by the Mitch Hansen Band, "Twilight Hour." It's a beautiful song about how Bella thinks she's racing against time and wants Edward to change her before it's too late. The lyrics make up the background. I drew Bella slowly getting buried by the sand (yeah, like in Aladdin ) but I think it works. Of course, I had to add Jake, because I love him to death. He's looking on, and naturally singing "Sun's Lament" - at least, he is in my head...

I'm slowly but surely learning how to color in Photoshop (or whatever crappy knockoff version of it I have...)
